After a successful initial event, the society programme from June has now been expanded to include on line meetings and events.
For these virtual events, the society is using the Zoom web conferencing platform. Meeting attendees are not required to have an account nor is there any cost attached, but you will need access to the Zoom app. It is recommended you download to your desktop the Zoom Client for Meetings. Equipment required is a computer with monitor and speakers. A camera is not required nor is a microphone. Use the largest screen that you have. You could use a mobile phone at a pinch but with such a small screen you would not get best benefit.
Meetings will require pre-registration, lists opening 7 days before the meeting date. Please do not attempt to register early. All registrants will be acknowledged, with full joining instructions being sent out 24 hours before the scheduled date.
