There will be free access to the websites Find My Past and Ancestry to see your ancestors in the censuses 1841 onwards – where was your grandma in 1911? and free access to the 1939 register – did your parents get their War Time ration book? Also 19th and 20th century local street and trade directories – the early equivalent of the Yellow Pages, and local parish registers for baptisms marriages and burials, St. Thomas’s, St. Johns and more.
