Cas Bailey is a former Staffordshire Police Officer.  She talks about her life in the Police Force in the 1970s when being a white male was really the only thing to be.  Her tales of this time are akin to the TV programme Life On Mars and very entertaining.  Life was very different to now-remarks we would now consider sexist, ageist or racist were the norm.  Cas tells her story with light hearted humour and the knowledge that mostly, no harm was ever meant by the things that were said or done.
