‘First Steps’ in Family History

At our Family History Centre, B.M.I., Margaret Street, Birmingham. B3 3BS.

The day is an in-person event full of research topics – open to anyone wanting to learn from experienced researchers how to use best practice for greater results or simply to use it as a refresher.

A follow up ‘Further Steps’ on-line event will appear later in the year.

Gareth, Mark and Kim will be hosting the day with tuition, tips and advice on how to research your family history.

The day is open to anyone first starting out on their journey, but also to members who simply want to refresh their knowledge.

Linda and Susan will be in the Family History Centre to answer questions on our resources available to assist your journey.
