SUTTON-UNDER-BRAILES

This parish was in Gloucestershire until about 1842 when it was transferred to Warwickshire. The village is secluded as it is away from main through roads, and old stone houses surround the village green. It lies five miles south east of Shipston-upon-Stour. Brailes Hill rises beyond the village.
