BURTON DASSETT

As in the case of Avon Dassett, the village takes its name from the Dassett Hills and lies about five miles east of Kineton on a minor road off the busy A41 from Warwick to Banbury. The parish is also known as Great Dassett or Dassett Magna. The church is regarded as one of the finest in the county, but there are few other buildings to be seen. Knightcote and North End are hamlets.
