DESCRIPTION:Corals Birmingham photo archive\nOur speaker writes “Back in 2013 we began working on something special. In partnership with the Library of Birmingham we developed Corals\, a web platform designed to deliver its collections to digital audiences. Since then we’ve been busy growing Corals to enable other organisations to join us. \nIn this talk we’ll share with you the journey we’ve been on to develop the platform. We’ll discuss its origins\, our rationale for developing it and its core functions. Along the way we’ll focus on the need for archives\, libraries and museums to use technology to engage new users. We look forward to seeing you there!” \nMatthew Jelfs will tell us all about the project. \n  \nAGM\nDo not be put off by the AGM also being at the time of this meeting.
